She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Augustine’s University, a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Ministry from New Life Bible College and Seminary.  A certified Life Coach with 35 years of experience as a Human Resources professional.   Pastor Sharrean has developed deep insights into leadership, organizational dynamics, and people.
